A great lunchtime wine, or with fish at any time. Good clean , crisp fruit on the primary palate and due to the ripeness of the grapes at harvest, the often acidic style has been replaced by soft appealing fruit. Dry, yet full flavoured.
Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris)

From the best habitat in the hills, where the soil is cold and very dry, producing low yield grapes. This is a wine packed with rich, fresh fruit flavours with hints of honey and apple and very good structure and balance.

Made from predominantly White Grenache grapes with smaller proportions of Roussanne, Clairette and Bouboulenc varieties. A rich golden colour with greenish hints and an expressive nose of fresh orchard fruits. Quite a heavy wine with a beautiful finish.

Absolutely mouth watering almost slightly sweet juicy flavours, with deep cassis fruit on the nose. The wine is velvety with a soft, almost chocolatey presence on the palate. Quite a find and excellent value.
